Client of mine has need for replacement spiral balances

Contractor from 02571
total of six single hung tilt windows.  Tube length is 26", with a diameter of 3/8"-ish (appears a touch wider, but I know that is the standard).  I have included pictures of the shoe, the tip, and the overall balance.  Is this even still an item I can get my hands on?  I have advised him to replace all of them now if we can.

Thanks for posting! The diameter of your balance tube should measure either 3/8" (Series 900) or 5/8" (Series 600). If the measurement is less than 5/8" (0.625), the 3/8" Series 900 Balance should be what you need for your repairs.

The red tip option should work to replace the white tip on your balance but you may want to double check the sash weight to confirm that the weight range is correct. There is a chart on the balance pages, below the product description, that lists the weight range each tip color can support.

I believe you may need the 15-046 Pivot Shoe to replace the one in the window track. You'll need to remove the existing shoe from the window and compare the width and thickness to confirm it is the right fit.
