Finding the right balance

Question

I have a 27" long balance stamped "26c". I was told that it is approx a 30 pound window
This is for a non-tilt aluminum window.
Is the correct channel balance the 2630?

Also, I need the clips. I have attached a picture of where they attach. They were metal clips and there are two rectangular holes approximately 1" apart. Can you tell me the part number that I will need for those?

I can't be sure what balance it is you have. The stamp is just an indicator of strength. I see you were looking at our S385-27. Is that the part you have? If so, then for a 30 pound sash I'd recommend the 2650 option. I highly recommend weighing your sash on a scale to confirm the exact weight, however. There is a chart on the S385-27 store page that lists every option and how much weight each can support.
