The small metal clip shown in picture (attached to role) cracked in half. Need to replace it.

We'd be happy to help but in order to point you in the right direction, it would be good to see the balance that this clip and pulley attaches to removed from the window. If we can identify your channel balance, it will be easier to determine what hook it uses. Thank you!

Thank you! Take a look at our 15-198 clip attachment that is commonly used with this balance and 1" wide 15-194 t-lock shoe.
