Clips from windows

I am trying to identify the clips which attach to the window. These are migard windows, single hung, opening upward. I just received the new balance bars to replace (S350-27 : 27" Series 350 Channel Balance). When I installed, I found a couple of the windows wouldn't engage the window. I found the clips at the top of the window are chipped and broken. I have been unable to identify that part on the web site.

Hi, Thanks for reaching out! We've certainly seen the clips before. Give our 18-188 top sash guide a try for your Milgard. Let us know how it goes!

I tried the 18-188 guides. However, I found out they are too thin in the body. They don't catch on the balancers.

The width is same at 5/8". I attached new photos. is there a different part I should try?

Hey- thanks for the photos!

It looks like our 18-008 top sash guide might be a better fit for you then. The depth of the locking lip is 9/16" and the depth of the lower body is 3/8". Please review and see if this will work for you.
