It appears that you have an older version of the 26-175 Certainteed pivot bar pair as shown in the video below. 

We also offer the 15-192 pivot shoe, which uses the S170 and S171 coil springs. If your window uses one coil on each side, see the S170-406. Keep in mind that the travel length of your coils may differ from ours, which can be compensated for by adjusting the position of the coils in the window jamb.
