406 Series 170 Coiled Balance Spring

Product Description
This constant force balance spring measures 3/4" wide, has a short tail, and is stamped with number 406 or 6. This product is used in CertainTeed double hung window sash support systems with a support weight of 6 lbs.
Good Idea!
Balances are sold individually, however, it is a good idea to replace both window balances at the same time. Pairing a new balance with an old one would cause the new balance to wear out faster.
