Hello! Looking for a replacement Pivot Lock Shoe for these windows (you can see it has broke at the bottom in photo) and believe that #15-192 is the correct part. Balance springs are #406 and the measurements appear correct. Just wanted to make sure before ordering. Thanks!

the 409 is for a weight of 9lbs. we need this reference 170 409 to 9lbs, but we also need to 12lbs and 14lbs. It is possible?

Hello, i have vinyl replacement windows from the previous owner. I have no idea what brand the windows are. I can not find labels anywhere. Both coil balancer coils have broken. I weighed the window and it is about 20 pounds.

Top window falls when window is unlocked

Total length is 25". Pivot shoe 1 1/4" x 7/8" approx. sash weight approx 12lbs. No stamp on coil but its says certainteed if that helps

Following up on a recent conversation with a SWISCO service gentleman and sending more information on the coil balance replacement parts I am looking for to use on my CertainTeed double hung tilt window. Hi, I removed this coil balance from one side of my double-hung vinyl window. Both coils have broken. The cover shows CertainTeed. The window size is 32 1/2 x 25 1/2 inches double pane. Do you have the replacement part? Thanks Ron O

Hi,I have 20 year old simonton vinyl windows.I have a broken spring(they call balancer)on the bottom sash.Sash is only 34 inches wide by 17.5 inches high.It is the stainless coil type,sitting on a white plastic barrel,in a white "L"shaped bracket.In the pics,the two coils are the one broken spring. ... spring stamped 406 unit is 2 1/2" long about 7/8" deep(in channel) 1 1/4" wide(in channel) spring and spool are 3/4" wide

What all should I replace and do you have a schematic of how they all get put together. Thank you Kathleen
