simonton vinyl window valance 5.5 35" pat 53218 I think. I need the slide in the frame and the plastic housing and springs.

Thanks for posting with photos. Our 15-111 pivot shoe, 15-150D coil double support, and S160-5 coil spring should work as replacements for your coil balance system.
