We have seen your assembly in the past and, unfortunately, the company that made your coil spring balance system has gone out of business. If you could provide us with the width and thickness of your pivot shoe and show us the pivot bar removed from your sash, that will help us confirm your best replacement option. Thank you.

Our best replacement option for your coil balance assembly would be the 15-180 shoe, which uses the S152 coil springs and other related items shown on our product pages. This shoe would not use your original pivot bar, so you would need to take a look and see if you could adapt the 26-040 to install in your sash. Take a look and see what you think.
