I am in need of 5 sets of these for 10 windows.

We may be able to help, but I will need to see more of your balance system. Your picture only shows the cover. Could you also show me the pivot shoe? You will need to remove your sash in order to take a picture of it. Thanks!

Thank you! I have received your new pictures, but they both appear to show the same part as your first picture. This is just the cover over the springs, which can work with a few different types. The show I'm referring to is under this cover, behind your sash. It's what the springs attach to. If I can see that, I can identify your balance. If you're still confused, see the video below. This should help.

Perfect, thank you. The pivot shoe is looks like our 15-199, which uses our Series 160 coil springs. You will need the number printed on the coil spring when ordering them, so make sure to mark that down. Let me know what you think.
