I can only find the letter C stamped on the spring. The window weighs 11 pounds with a bathroom scale. This is a window put out by Erie Construction, approximate year 2000. If you are able to identify what will work, I have another window that I will take apart and have to order springs on.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm familiar with this pivot shoe but I've never seen it with a cam like yours. Before I recommend anything, can you show us a photo of your pivot bar removed from the window? Can you also write out the thickness of the pivot shoe?

The pivot shoe measures 1/2 inch thick.

Thanks for getting back to me! Our 15-177 which is designed to use the S152 coil springs is my recommendation. I know the cam looks different from your old pivot shoe but your pivot bar should be compatible with it. Take a look and let us know if you have any questions.
