Hello,

Your balance assembly resembles the S140 shown below depending on how the dimensions compare to yours. The 5R on the cover indicates that you would need the S140-5 to support a sash between 9-10.99 lbs. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to your assembly. Thank you!

Hi Casey,
The 1-1/4" is correct however the depth looks like 1/2"

It's tough to make out exact dimensions from photos but it does look like your shoe may be a hair over 1/2" thick. I'd recommend double-checking your measurement since we do not carry a version of this part that measures exactly 1/2" thick.
