This part came off an Alside window we purchased about 20 years ago. As you can see the medal part that turns is broken and the spring has broke in two. I would like to order 2 more , one as a spare.

Thanks for posting. This looks like a 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 152 Coil Balances. Just confirm the dimensions match what is shown below. Let me know if you have further questions.
