Coil Balance

Question

Good Afternoon - I need a replacement for this coil balance in the photo. I do not know the manufacturer of these windows. I do have a copy of the label that was on the bottom sash of the window. I have attached that here as well. Any help that you can provide will be much appreciated. Thank you.

Hey there!

The pivot shoe shown here appears to be the 15-199. This is used with the 1/2" Series 160 and 3/8" Series 165 coil springs. You'll have to measure the width of the spring band to confirm the best match.
