Coil Balance

Question

Hello, I have a Window World (Alsip) double hung window from 2012, and both coil balances are broken on the bottom sash.
The only numbers that I can find anywhere is 5K on the end of the spring, and 11 on the coil cover. The pivot mechanisn is 1 1/4" wide and 1/2" thick.

Hello there, This is the 15-177 Pivot Shoe. For a spring stamped 5, use the S152-5 5 pound spring. Let me know if you have further questions.
