Coil Balance Assistance

This looks like our 15-177 Pivot Shoe. This shoe uses our Series 152 Coil Balances. Coil Balance hardware is modular, meaning you really only need to replace what's broken or torn. If you do need to replace the springs, you'll have to remove the assembly from the window and look for a stamped number on the springs themselves; this tells us the spring weight you need. If there is none or you are uncertain, obtain the exact weight of your window sash, and we'll work out the springs you need.
