Also the part attached to window itself that releases springs both sides are missing. any help would be much appreciated. You have saved me before hoping for the best Thanks Roland

This looks like a Coil Balance system--specifically, you seem to have our 15-199 Shoe, which uses either our Series 160 1/2" thick Coil Balances or our Series 165 3/8" thick balances. You'll have to remove the components from the window and measure your old coil spring's thickness to determine which Series you need.
