Coil Balance Replacement

A home owner from USA says:
A Reliabilt tilt-in, single sash, double glass window measuring 50.5" x 35.5" has 2 pivot pins measuring 2.5" and 2 coil balance with pivot shoe are damaged beyond repair. All damaged through rough handling.
The window closes and locks however the bottom portion of the sash is free due to broken pivot pins and loose coils.
I can repair once we have the parts.
Need prices with handling and shipping.

Your old pivot shoe should be a match for our 15-180, which is designed to be used with the Series 190 spring. I'm confident that these parts will work for you.

The issue is the pivot bar. Yours is older and discontinued. You could consider the 26-040, though; this is what the 15-180 is meant to work with originally. Just check to see if its hole placement matches one of the two holes in your old pivot bar. If so, then it should work okay.
