Coil Balance Replacement

Question

Hi,
My window balance shoes with the coils break off and on when taking the windows out to clean them (one size fit every size window, pic below). The company that installed them use to just give me 4-5 at a time when I would go there for a new one. But like everything else they no longer have them on site. Now they are trying to tell me each window has a different size! (Confused)
Below is a Pic of the last one I have left, do you have any idea the name, size and price?

Hi Joice,

Thanks for posting! The coil balance assembly you have here is made up of the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe and the Series 152 Coil Balance. The coils are secured to the shoe using the 33-072 screw.

To determine the correct replacement on the coils, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings that will indicate the strength you need. If there aren't any stamps, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash and divide that by the total number of coils in the window.
