I have a Certainteed window that needs 2 coil balance assembly (including pivot shoe)for upper window.
I appreciate your help finding the correct parts, attached is the number I found on top of the window and the actual part (pivot shoe missing).

Thanks for posting! The shoe from your balance assembly looks like our 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. Look over the dimensions below and compare them to your existing shoe to confirm that these are the correct replacement. I am confident that this is the correct replacement.
The compatible coil balance spring is our Series 190 coil balance. To confirm the right replacement springs for your window, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings on the metal coil.
If there are none, you'll need to obtain the exact window weight and divide it by the total number of coils. Then on the list of balances the first number after the 190 will be the weight you'd need to select.
(For example, if your window ends up weighing 24lbs, you'd need (4) 6lb coils. So you would need the S190-640.)
You may also need the 15-181 Double Support Detent Clip as well as the 15-182 Coil Bushing.
