Thanks for posting, John. Can I see a few pictures of an undamaged version of the pivot shoe? I'd also like to see the tilt bar that the sash uses. Thanks!

Hi Paul. I only have damaged examples; attached are a couple of pictures of the metal tilt cam. Hope this helps?

I see. It's still very hard to tell, but based on the information you've given so far I think you might want to consider our 15-177. Carefully compare it to your hardware as best as you can and see how they match.

Thanks Paul I'll have a look. I have also noticed that the moulding on mine has the number 141 on it?

I do not know what that number is indicative of. It could just be a factory stamp.
