Coil Balance Shoe for a 5300SB shoe

Question

1 1/2 top to bottom. 1 1/4 wide. 9/16 thick.If you can't provide an 5300SB shoe can you please recommend a replacement.

We do not carry your exact pivot shoe, but we recommend reviewing the 17/32" thick 15-199 as a potential replacement.

To move forward, can you confirm the thickness of the original coil springs? Do they measure 1/2" or 3/8"? Do they have any numbers stamped on them? If no markings, please provide the weight of the window sash.

From there we can confirm the compatible coil series. Thank you!
