I ordered wrong parts order number 1382467 I need 7/8 thick. Spring is 1/2" 7/8" thick by 13/8" at widest point. Approximately 33/5" long. For certainteed double hung tilt in

Need 10 springs and 10 pivot shoes.

Hi Phil. Sorry to hear that the Series 140 didn't work out for you; you can view our Return Policy here. This looks more like the 15-192 CertainTeed Pivot Shoe, which uses the Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. The video below goes into more detail.
