Hi, I need two right side balancers and 4 of the sash parts that fit into the balancer - not sure of the name. Vinyl, single hung, no identification markings noticeable. Do you have these?

Thanks for posting. This Pivot Shoe looks like our 15-180, and the support looks like our 15-181 Double Clip. This system uses Series 190 Coil Balances to support your window. If you're not sure what spring weights you need for the Coil Balances, give us the exact weight of the window sash that they support, and we can work out what you need. For the pivot bar, we'll need to see an undamaged version out of the window to identify it. Many thanks.

Hi Thanks for the info. I've attached another photo that should hopefully show enough of the pivot bar. I didn't want to remove the one good one for fear of damaging.The pivot bar appears to be approx 3in long.

Your pivot bar resembles our 26-040. I think if you were to compare the dimensions we show for this product to your own, you'd find they match up quite well. Let me know if they don't, though, and we can try to find something better.
