Coil Balance inquiry

Question

I received this order and realized I actually need a triple coil system. My first question is how do I go about returning the 4 single coils ordered? Second question is how do I go about finding the correct triple coil system for my windows.The broken parts are still in since I would like to not take the windows apart until i can change them with the new parts. I attached left and right pictures, and also the tag on the top frame. Although not visible in the pictures, i can see the mark 9L (left side) and 9E (right side) on the coils, that might tell you something. There are two broken windows that I'm looking to replace the coils, both windows are the same measurements and all. Are these pictures helpful in finding the correct part?

I can't be sure with the hardware still installed but I agree that the S140 balances that you purchased do not appear to be the correct replacements. Our return policy can be found here. We should be able to help but we would need to see your coil balance assembly removed from the window to confirm the correct replacement. There should also be numbers stamped on the base of the metal coil springs that you'll need to choose the corresponding strength options.
