Coil Balance replacement

Hello!

I am looking for replacement parts for my window coil balance. Attached are photos of the one I removed, these are on both sides of the window. I plan to replace multiple window coil balances, many of the coils have fallen to the bottom and broken due to to the screw coming loose. Please let me know what I should order if you can tell from the photos provided.

Thanks for reaching out! Your window pivot shoe looks like our 15-199 17/32" Thick pivot shoe. Take a look over the dimensions and carefully compare them to your existing hardware to confirm. I am confident this is the replacement shoe you'll need.

This pivot shoe is compatible with either the Series 160 (1/2" width) or the Series 165 (3/8" width) coil balance springs. To determine which series you have, you'll need to confirm the width of your coils. Then you'll need to look for any stamps/markings that will indicate the spring strength needed for your window.
