I am looking for help with buying and replacing the coil balancers in the attached photos.

Thanks for posting. This looks like a 15-087 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 180 Coil Balances. For each replacement coil spring you buy, you need to choose a spring weight. This designates the weight the individual coil can support. With this particular balance system, it is best to go by a stamp on the coil spring itself. If there is no stamp or you are unsure, weigh the window sash. Give me that exact weight and I can work out what you need.

Thank you for the information. I have everything in my cart, but I believe the Sash Pivot Bar is a 26-083 but I can't find the housing. Photos attached.

Thanks for getting back to me. The pivot bar looks like it might be either the 26-083 or 26-040. Please compare. I am afraid we do not carry that exact housing--you'd have to reuse your old housing if possible. Apologies for any inconvenience. Let me know if you have further questions!
