Coil Snapped, need replacement

Hello,

I found my coil to be broke apart this spring and I'm looking for a replacement. I'm a condo complex and I'm not the first owner of the property so I'm unsure which brand of windows they are. I came across this website and I'm looking to purchase a replacement coil, the rest of the assembly is still working okay, I just need help identifying which coil I require to buy. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for reaching out! Your pivot shoe appears to be our 15-177, which is compatible with the Series 152 coil springs. Although, you may want to confirm that your coil springs are 1/2" thick.

To determine the spring strength needed for your sash, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings that might be on the metal coil. If there are no stamps, you'll need to get the exact weigh of the sash and divide that number by the total number of coils in the window.
