I have this old coil sprint that labelled 5K. What does it mean? Does it mean 5kg = 11lb? Is that correct? Please see pictures.

Your old shoe looks like our 15-177, which means the spring you want is our Series 152. You can ignore the "K" in the stamp, it doesn't mean anything important. If yours is marked with 5 then that means each coil supports 5 pounds. You want the S152-5.
