Coil Spring Window Balance Assembly

Question

Looking for coil balance assembly for Alside Excaliber 2000 Series double hung window. Picture of pivot shoe attached which measures 1.25 inch wide and 0.5 inch deep.

Hello,

I can't be sure with the hardware still installed but the pivot shoe shown in your photo resembles the 15-177 shown below. This shoe is used with the Series 152 coil springs and items listed on our product pages. Also, look over the related videos to help you through the repair process. Thank you!
