Coil System Window Parts Needed

need both right and left side cams or clutches (not sure what they are actually called) for a double hung vinyl window. Did not disassemble as I wasn't quite sure of the procedure. Additional photos provided to assist in identification.

I'm not sure exactly what you need either, but based on your pictures it looks like you need a new pivot shoe. See our 15-177, this looks like it might be what you're looking for.
