Coil balance

Thanks for contacting us! This coil shoe can be replaced with the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe. This shoe is compatible with the Series 152 Coil Balance, which is secured to the shoe using the 33-072 screw. The covers can be replaced with the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel.

To determine the correct spring for your balance, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings on the metal. If there are none, you'll need to confirm the exact weight of the window sash and divide that by the total number of coils in the window.
