Coil balance

this looks like it attached to the shoe of the window. It also has the double coil on it. We can provide pictures if you need them. the top coil is stamped with 4K and the bottom coil is stamped with 5k. These appear to be the only markings on the part.

Thank you kindly for the additional photos! Your pivot shoe is a match for the 15-177. The numbers on the springs represent the weights, so you'll need the S152-4 4-pound and S152-5 5-pound springs. Take a look at the specifications for these parts and let us know if you have any questions.
