Good morning!

It looks like you're looking for the 15-177 coil balance shoe that corresponds with the Series 152 coil balance system. You'll need to weigh the window sash to determine which weight option to get. For example, if the window weighs 10 lbs., you would need to get two 5lb. coils. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

The only other part I see in your photo is the coil spring. We don't have an exact match for yours, but as long as our 15-177 is a match (and I think it is) then you can use our Series 152.
