Coil balance

Purchased windows from Sears 18 years ago. Both coils are broken. There is no marking on the coil. Coil is 1/2 inch wide with tab I do not know which parts to order. Can you please assist me?

This looks like an older version of our Series 140. That stamp of 5 indicates you'd need an S140-5 5 lb system. Let me know if you have further questions.
