My elderly neighbor asked for help. Both sides are broken. Small kitchen tilt out lower sash. Coil has 8k marking, would love help finding the correct part

Hello! Please see our 15-177 pivot shoe and Series 152 coil spring. I am confident that these will work perfectly well for your neighbor's window. The cover appears to be in good condition so you can probably reuse it.
