Hello!

We don't carry this exact pivot shoe, but take a look at our 15-177, which uses the Series 152 coil spring. It's important to keep in mind that our Series 152 attaches with a screw like our 33-071. Compare our dimensions to yours and see if this matches what you need.

Thanks the top case that holds the coil is also broken and I was hoping to replace the whole thing do you sell the upper casing that will work with that pivot shoe

For new housing for the coil springs, see the 15-145, 15-143 and 15-144. These pieces sandwich around the coil spring.
