Hello! Your shoe looks like an older version of our 15-180, which is specifically designed to be used with the Series 190 coil spring. I feel very confident that this coil will work for you. Just note that you'll need the number printed on the band of the original spring to confirm the proper weight rating.

That would be the pivot bar. We don't sell anything exactly like this style, unfortunately. That said, the 15-180 is designed to work with the 26-040. I wonder if you could use this as an alternative. Look over its dimensions and let me know if its screw hole placement aligns with your original part. As long as the screw holes line up then this should fit perfectly well in your window.
