One of my coil balances has gone array and I was hoping to find a replacement. Could you recommend which one to go with? I appreciate your help!

Hello, thank you for posting,
To further review, we will need to see a clear view of the pivot shoe that the coil springs attach to. The window sash will need to be removed for a clear view as the pivot bars on the bottom of the sash engage with the pivot shoes and are currently obstructed. Thank you!

Your original pivot shoe has been discontinued, but we recommend reviewing the 15-177 as a replacement option. This pivot shoe is compatible with the Series 152 coil springs. Please review the overall dimensions below to confirm a good fit.
If you need assistance with choosing the correct weighted coil springs, please provide the weight of the sash to move forward. Thank you!
