I newd to replace the coil balances on both sides of the window. I don't know what to order. Thanks

Unfortunately, I don't believe we carry an exact match for your existing pivot shoe but the 17/32" thick 15-199 should work as a replacement. Carefully review the dimensions to confirm that this is the right fit.

This pivot shoe is compatible with either the Series 160 (1/2" width) or the Series 165 (3/8" width) coil balance springs. To determine which series you have, you'll need to confirm the width of your coils and locate the stamped numbers of them to choose the corresponding strength options. Thank you!
