Thanks for your post! This coil balance assembly is similar to a few we have. To narrow down the correct match, I'll need to see a clear photo of the cam in the shoe. 

You'll need to remove the sash to get a clear photo of the cam.

Your balance assembly is a match for the S161-09. To confirm that this is what you need, be sure to look over the dimensions and compare them.

It is recommended to replace both assemblies to ensure the sash weight is distributed evenly. The older coil may not hold the same amount of tension due to wear and tear.
