I couldn't get the window out and cannot see how the coils come out of that Space you have to use a screwdriver and I'm alone here. I couldn't do it myself while holding the window up.
I took photos they're attached if you can help me I appreciate your help

Our Series 140 is my recommendation. If you don't have an existing cut out then you'd have to make one as demonstrated in the video below. However, we recommend contacting a local professional for assistance with this if you aren't comfortable doing so.
