Coil balance Replacement

Question

I need to replace coil balances on double hung vinyl windows.the cover are completely deteriorated with know markings. Their are two coil springs on each side. The markings on coil springs are  # 5.0 35". PAT 5232208 The locking shoe is 1 1/4 wide , 9/16 deep.If you could help me out anyway with this information on what I should purchase as replacements I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks for posting. I'm sure we can replace this coil balance system for you; but I can't quite narrow down what you need from this information alone. There's a few possible pivot shoes with those dimensions; if you could show us a picture of your pivot shoe, that would greatly help narrow down the possibilities. The identity of the pivot shoe will determine the identity of the coil springs. Many thanks.
