Coil balance & shoe

Question

please identify the double coil balance & shoe I need to order. I don't want to remove the existing until I have the replacement if possible.

Hello,

We can't be sure what the correct replacements would be with the hardware still installed but you can start by comparing the 15-199 pivot shoe that is used with the Series 160 and Series 165 constant force coil springs. Compare the width and thickness of your pivot shoe and coil thickness to our parts to confirm which coils you need and if the pivot shoe will fit into your window jamb. Thank you!
