I need all 4 coil balance assemblies and related components replaced, along with the pivot retainers that are broken.

Thanks for these. This is a Simonton Coil Balance that is no longer made. The 15-259 Pivot Shoe and Series 159 Coil Balance system can replace it. The video below explains.
