Purchased a condo at the coast. Windows are probable 15 yrs old. No stickers to ID window

Your pivot bar reminds me of the 26-226. Take a look and compare the dimensions shown on our product page to yours.

As for your balance assembly, I'd recommend removing your assembly to compare to the 15-177 that uses the S152 coil springs. Thanks for posting!
