Coil balance hardware replacement parts

I'm looking for replacement parts for an old vinyl window. I have no other information about the window manufacturer or type.

Thanks for reaching out to us. The pivot shoe shown here is no longer available, but you can use the 15-177. This is designed to work with the Series 152 coil springs (sold separately).

You can reuse the old coil support if it's in good shape, but see the 15-143, 15-144, and 15-145 in case you need a new one. These parts "sandwich" around the spring.
