Coil balance identification

Question

I am trying to identify the attached pics coil balances. I think they are the 10 LB SERIES 140 QUICK-TILT, SINGLE but not sure its a small window. The wideth of the track is 1" and the height of the balance is 3 1/2"

I notice you have MI windows. The pivot shoes that are used in those windows are similar to our 15-180 and the coil springs used are similar to the Series 190. You can substitute that coil with our Series 140 quck-tilt coil assembly. The width of your shoe should be 1-1/4". You can stay with the Series 190 for your set up or decide to go with the Series 140 option. We will just need the spring weight number on your current coil.
