Coil balance parts

A home owner from Ware, MA says:
Hello. the coiled spring on my bathroom window snapped in half today. I have enclosed several pics to show what it is. The first two are the other side of the window and the last pic is the broken one. there are no manufacture's name on the window anywhere so I don't know what brand it is. It was installed by NESCOR in MA about 16 years ago. The only thing I can find is a sticker with model ESTATE DH on it. I would call them to fix it but they charge outrageous service charges. I was paying $75 to replace the tilt locks. I just get them myself now. I was hoping for the same thing with this. Hopefully you can identify the type I need and point me in the right direction to get replacements. Thank you for your help. Jim.

From your photos, it looks like you have our 15-087 coil spring housing with pivot cam and 16-024 mounting bracket. I believe you need the Series 180 coil spring. You can locate the spring weight number near the spring end.
