I recently bought this from you: Sash replacement, DMSHWI29 313x29 .938 04510030160004.
I now need the balance assembly and spring. We think there may be a piece of metal missing from the bottom of the spring.
Please let me know if you have these, how much they are, and how long it would take for them to get to Michigan.

I believe you have a 3/8" wide coil, which in turn uses our 15-111 pivot shoe and 15-204 coil dual support. Please carefully review this hardware to confirm that they match. If you do have a 3/8" wide coil spring, consider our Series 165 as a replacement. You will need the numbers off the old springs to determine the proper option.
